Ukrainian Dating - When Mission Is Possible

By Peter Finch Ukraine is not a very popular destination in the travel map, however you will be surprised how many people travel the there in search for love. On contrary ladies here keep their cool and let out their hearts only to those who really have proven high morale and respect. Many websites offer dating services to wealthy people from the west. Those who read the bottom of the pages actually understand that the journey from correspondence to a first date is long and difficult. Women from this part of the world have high values. They are open to new acquaintances but do not let anyone enter their daily life and routine. Many believe that it is easy to pick up a girl by telling her your annual income and the model of your car. These are cheap tricks which will not work here. The quality of the communication will shape the relationship. Little by little the things might become more serious but men should not insist on an immediate meeting because this will ruin every next step. A good start will be if you prepare your own tagline. Answer a few simple questions and unite the answers in one sentence. Who are you? What do you do? How you do it? People are not products but they have unique qualities and in the sea of endless offers for romance one should be competitive and know well its strong and weak sides. Also prepare a list of qualities and values that you search in your foreign partner. For example Ukrainians are bilingual. They speak both Ukrainian and Russian but when it comes to English, French or German, not all of them are good at it and the communication could fail. What is truly important for a lady from this country are the moments of shared feelings and interests. These hardly exist when you can not understand each other. You will be expected to share not only the moment of happiness and mindless chat for weather, music and sports, but also to be ready to dive into new culture where respect to the female and her family plays a major role. Your Ukrainian dating will run smoothly and hopefully will end with a happy marriage if you are honest with your feelings and intentions. Share as much as you can about your daily life, interests and do not pretend to be someone who you are not. If you plan to invite your sweetheart to your home-country, she will expect to be introduced to your family. Do not promise her anything that you can not make or do. Do not make fun of her home country or the economic situation there, this will offend her. Many ladies might like to leave Ukraine because of pure economical or political reasons, but they are Ukrainians and deep in their mind they will always feel the call of their homeland. Any inappropriate remarks could be accepted with smile and a laugh, but be sure that your date will not forget them and one day she will get even. Like any other international dating, here you should keep simple rules. If you have cultural misunderstandings - telling stories, giving examples and explaining why something is made this way or another, or alternatively why specific traditions are kept, will eliminate any problems. But if you have totally different characters, be sure that no matter how hard you try, this will never work. You can like someone but never love her. Do not condemn your life to someone who you will never understand and/or accept their points of view. Don’t get scammed. Unique Las Vegas Wedding Packages

By Rebecca Johnson If you are looking to have an unique Las Vegas wedding, you wont be disappointed. Las Vegas has many delightfully unique wedding locations and packages to choose from. The hardest part may be deciding how crazy you want to get when planning your Las Vegas wedding. Probably the most unique wedding offered in Las Vegas would be the one at the Treasure Island Hotel. They offer a package that allows you to have your wedding aboard the big pirate ship located in front of their hotel. While the happy couple says their vows aboard the ship, their wedding guests watch from a nearby dock. Another great wedding package that is offered in Las Vegas is the gondola wedding at the Venetian Hotel. You can exchange vows while floating down a canal in a romantic Venice setting. The Venetian and Treasure Island are far from the only hotels to offer such unique wedding packages. At the Riviera Hotel, they can arrange for you to take the plunge on the roller coaster at the top of the Stratosphere Tower which is over a 1000 feet above the ground. At the Bellagio Hotel, they offer a stunning wedding package in which the ceremony takes place on a two level terrace overlooking their lake and fountain show. When the newlyweds kiss, the fountains go off. Pretty romantic, huh? Another wedding package that is without a doubt exclusive to Las Vegas is at the Paris Hotel, where couples can say their nuptials at the top of the replica of the Eiffel Tower. The observation deck there offers amazing views of the famous Las Vegas Strip. Another great option for those seeking something different for their wedding is one of the limousine weddings offered by many of the wedding chapels. You can say I do in the back of a limousine while it cruises the Strip. Of course I cant speak of unique wedding opportunities in Las Vegas without mentioning one of the things that the city is famous for. Drive Thru Wedding Chapels are a really great option if you want unusual wedding. Where else but in Las Vegas can you get married without ever having to leave the comfort of your vehicle? And if you flew there from somewhere else and dont have a vehicle, no need to worry. Many Las Vegas Drive Thru Chapels offer vehicles that you can use as part of their wedding packages. Limousines, sports cars, a monster truck, and an Elvis impersonator driving a Cadillac are just some of the options that are available. So if you are looking for something a little different for your Las Vegas wedding, your choices are almost limitless in this exciting city. This is probably just another one of the many reasons that Las Vegas has earned its nickname as Wedding Capital of the World. © Copyright Rebecca Johnson, All Rights Reserved Rebecca Johnson lived in Las Vegas for eight years and was married there in 2004. How I Get 100% Effectiveness With Girls

By Victor C. Yes my friends, believe it or not I can say that I have a 100% of effectiveness when I ask a girl to be my date or girlfriend. Sex? Well, I’m not the kind of guy that gets a girl just to have sex, however, let me tell you that out of all the girlfriends that I’ve had, I had sex with all of them eventually and with the rest of them, well.. honestly I didn’t want to but if I’d had asked them, I’m pretty sure they would have considered it. So, what is my technique? Here it is: 1) First of all, I’ll tell you something that I recently told to a couple of friends who were suffering because of their girls “You have to be willing to lose your girl since the very beginning.” You’d say I’m crazy, but it’s true. You see, anything can happen and if you are willing to accept that, chances are that if for some reason you get separate, your pain will be a lot less. 2) Do without doing, say without saying, flirt without flirting. This is good. When flirting a girl, don’t let her feel that you are dying for her. Women have a sixth sense, they know when a guy likes her and they feel that everybody like her, so, what you should do is, be less attentive, pay attention to what she needs but don’t make her feel too important. Here is an example: Let’s say, that you are at a party and somebody introduces her to you. Tell her sincerely and SUPER INTERESTED that she’s got the most beautiful eyes you’ve ever seen. Really, pay the most attention you can to her eyes for about 3-5 minutes, looking at “them” not at her. The next 20 minutes do something else and don’t pay attention to her eyes. She’ll think that something is wrong. Then, bring her a drink and tell her again about her eyes, and go somewhere else. Are you following? Be attentive but, make her wonder, “why at the beginning he was so attentive and he liked my eyes so much, no he is a little cold? Aren’t my eyes that beautiful?” 3) MAKE HER LAUGH! Laugh is the way to true love! That’s it! Short technique but, super effective. It has worked for me every time. Take care. Get Started Exercising Now, But Take It Easy!

By Karen Peralta So you’re overweight, “fat”–to be honest–and you want to start exercising. Before you take off like an overlarge airplane and start preparing for the Olympics trials, stop right there. You may have it all figured out by now, after checking with your friends, the media and finally that fickle fiend known as the bathroom mirror, that a regular exercise program is the only way to fly when it comes to permanent weight loss. That entails working out or otherwise flexing your physical and psychological muscles on a regular basis, perhaps three times a week, or maybe even once per day. But therein lies the rub. How do you get started? How often do you exercise? Most importantly, if you’ve been very sedate or at least somewhat off your feet for awhile, what’s the safest way to begin an effective, weight-loss centered exercise program? Beginning a Righteous Program–Realistically First of all, follow the old saw about consulting with your doctor. Don’t start thinking you can just begin running around the block. That’s why the medical profession exists, to advise and keep you safe. You doctor will recommend specific types of exercise tailored to fit your own individual lifestyle, personal health needs and concerns. But you don’t need to make it entirely clinical when you begin an exercise program. Most importantly, you need to pick something you’re going to stick with. What do you like in the way of sports? If you’re people-oriented, you should look into joining a team sports program of some kind in your area, one created for adult participation. You can look for a local softball league, take a beginning aerobics class at a fitness center, or play regular games of basketball at a gym with your buddies. And then there’s golf, the perennial favorite of people who want to perform fun and interesting mild exercise. All you have to do is motivate yourself and perhaps some friends to get started. Or if you’re a loner, you can take up an individualized sport such as bicycle touring, which can also be done in small groups, or laps swimming at your community pool. And if you like to be around a humungous amount of people, how about mall-walking, one of the latest in adult and family mild fitness trends, or the more traditional act of partner dancing, which you can do at all kinds of gathering places such as local taverns, senior centers, community halls and social clubs. There’s an almost infinite number of places you can go and groups you can join. Just pick one, and remember to start out with a breezy, fun and easygoing attitude. You’re not punishing yourself; you’re picking up on a lifelong habit of moving your body for health purposes. You’ll feel better, look fitter and maybe meet new people while you’re dropping those needless extra pounds. But be realistic, and work with your doctor. You want to aim for something fun that you’ll keep committing to doing regularly. If it’s something you hate, perhaps such as running on a track, climbing stairs or using what seems to you to be boring exercise equipment, forget it! Don’t spend all your money on something you can’t keep doing because you feel guilty, or think you have to punish yourself into exercising. Be sure you like what you’re going to do before you get started. Simply walking around the block is a very inexpensive and potentially fun way to go from a sedentary state to a beginning new level of much better health and fitness. You must start with something easy and simple if you haven’t been exercising for decades, and you should gradually increase your level of activity as you feel comfortable with it. Move by inches, not by miles. Are you a morning or an evening person? If you’re the former, plan to work out in the morning, and if you wake up later in the day, do your routine more near twilight. Also, as your doctor will tell you, start with a small window of time, perhaps only fifteen minutes at first, and slowly increase it every other day or so. In order to achieve a higher level of fitness and to lose weight, you must perform whatever exercise you choose at least three to four times a week. This is better at first than every day, as a rest may be needed between workouts to give your aching muscles a chance to soothe themselves and heal before you bravely saunter forth again or head back merrily to the gym. Eventually, you can try exercising every single day, anywhere from twenty minutes to a full hour. But especially at first–and that may be for several months–don’t push yourself too hard. Don’t go all out, and get frustrated because you can’t keep it up. You don’t have to be a college athlete, and you can seriously hurt your heart by pushing too hard or overdoing it. Remember, you’re doing this for fun, for health reasons and to feel good about yourself. Don’t try to become an “athlete” unless you think that will be something you’ll want to commit to on a much more rigorous schedule. Later! Easy Exercise Comes–Naturally Americans tend to think of exercise as more their duty than as a part of their culture, or “way of life.” But it’s a true lifestyle preference. Throughout the world, many forms of regular exercise are taking hold of whole general populations. Take walking, for example. In Europe, people are flocking to their local well-developed public hiking trails, and there’s quite a few of those spread across the USA as well. Walking of a moderate type is called Volkssport in Europe, and it’s really been around for many centuries. Easy-going exercise such as walking continues to stave off heart disease, osteoporosis, high cholesterol and many types of cancer, as well as taking care of most of your belly flab. It doesn’t sound like much, but it will really tighten your whole body up. Your legs will especially benefit, and your buns will automatically grow firmer as you stroll. Not to mention that the worst investment you need to make is a pair of comfy, sturdy sensible shoes, preferably made of leather or canvas with rubber soles. You may think that yoga is some uncomfortable form of Eastern self-punishment and mysticism, but it’s not. Yoga is great for toning your body, as it’s extremely gentle when done correctly. It combines traditional breathing and relaxation techniques with simple stretching. It’s good to use yoga during a weight-loss program when you’re sedentary, as it’s very easy on your body, you don’t have to repeat the same exercises every day, and it requires a minimal time commitment. Yoga can be used in conjunction with a more rigorous exercise program to help maintain your overall state of fitness. “Yoga doesn’t take over your life, it enhances it,” says Alice Cristensen, founder and executive director of the American Yoga Association. Continuing Your Program–Goals and Motivation Okay, so you’ve gotten started, but what does all this have to do with watching your weight? To keep on schedule with this as your original goal, you also have to keep that commitment to lose enough poundage to be a healthy, happy and physically fit person. First of all, you have to figure out exactly what you’re expecting to accomplish. Are you looking for optimal health, or do you really want to fit into slinky clothes better? Either way, you’re going to have to set goals and try to attain them as you go. It helps to clearly keep in mind what you’re aiming for, and it helps to visualize yourself at your ideal weight several times a day. This image impresses itself upon your subconscious and inwardly motivates you to continue your program with a bulldog’s sheer tenacity and motivation. You want that; whatever happens, you don’t want to stress out and quit. Try looking at old photographs of yourself at your ideal weight and picturing realistically what you’ll look like when you’re back there again. Don’t expect the Fountain of Youth, but you’d be shocked how close you can get to your mental picture, and how good you’re going to feel as you move your body, eat less liberally and become fit and not fat. Also, you should make a brief list of the five major reasons you’re embarking on an exercise and weight-loss program. Do you want to bring down your blood pressure? Does being fat make you feel too old? Do you want to attract someone new in your life? When you sit in your car, does your stomach practically turn the steering wheel? Make it a point to carry this list with you wherever you go, and when you get in the mood to quit and give up, whip it out and read it aloud, saying to yourself that this is what you really want. You must also remember to keep it simple when you’re losing weight. In most cases, burning more calories than you ingest is the biggest concern. You have to expend approximately 3,500 calories to lose one pound of adipose fat tissue. Water weight doesn’t count, and that’s what a lot of people lose at first. Also, the important thing about exercise is that you can eat almost normally and still lose the weight at a healthy and reasonable pace. If you don’t exercise and try to lose weight, you’ll be tempted to embark on a starvation diet. This has been shown to make you lose lean muscle mass instead of fat in most cases, and although you’ll drop some pounds, they may be the wrongest ones. Chances are that if you’re unfit while you’re losing weight, you’ll get physically tired, sleep less, become overly emotional, and stress out and become extremely irritable. It simply isn’t healthy to do it that way, so you need at least a moderate exercise program. Try keeping a journal of your progress every day, and consult with it when you want to know how far along you’ve come. You can also use it to gauge how you’re doing, and whether or not you’re losing weight at a reasonable pace. Congratulate yourself every time you ate the right thing, kept to your walking schedule, or didn’t give in to temptation that day by making a brief note about it. Read the journal to inspire you about what you’re doing whenever you feel the urge to let go. Meanwhile, as you chart your progress, take the time to reward yourself for everything you’re doing right. Ignore occasional slipups, and don’t let them bother you. Move on and motivate yourself by going to a movie, taking a break from work, going to the beach or whatever floats your boat. Don’t reward yourself with food, ever! Find other methods of loving life and use them. Treating yourself manifests your brain’s reward system and keeps you striving toward your goals. Don’t forget to share any successes or failures with your friends and family. Tell them all about how proud you are of the new lifestyle choices you’re making, and share in their enthusiasm. They want you to be healthy and go on living, and so do you. But some of them may worry that you’re starving yourself or are in a state of denial. Reassure them, and proceed carefully with your healthy diet and exercise plans, while always knowing that it’s exactly what you need to do to look better, feel stronger and live longer. Easy Dieting Tips to Live By–Starting Now Never eat after 7 pm. Studies prove that your body’s metabolism begins to shut down in the early evening. It needed fuel to function earlier, but at night you’re getting yourself ready to fall asleep. Eat the bulk of your daily food intake around noon–that’s when you’re burning the most calories. But if you work nights, do it the other way around, of course. It’s not the time of day that’s important; it’s the fact that your body is well-adjusted to a cycle where it doesn’t burn many calories before and during bedtime. Americans are used to eating super-sized meals, so learn to limit your portion size. Eat smaller meals five or six times a day instead of the standard three huge ones, and grab healthy snacks like vegetables, fruits and yogurt in-between. You want to prevent any binging or “pigging out” that could occur. Eat modestly, but often, and be sure to drink plenty of healthy fluids–mostly, pure cool water. Limit your intake of saturated fats, sugars and any other substances in food proven to add empty calories to your daily diet. Don’t drink any pop or sodas at all as they’re very bad for you generally, being full of chemicals. Diet sodas tempt you into drinking the sugary ones, and all soda pop robs water from your system and makes you thirstier. That can lead to eating more food. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits. You might want to go easy on some of the higher-calorie fruits such as starchy bananas, and don’t eat lots of high-fat avocados. But in general veggies are a dieter’s best friend. You might want to always eat your veggies with some meat protein to curb any histamines that might ravage your system and make it harder for you to breathe. Also, eating plenty of veggies kills the hunger signals from your brain, due to their sheer bulk and fiber. And the nutrients in fruits and veggies will increase your physical strength. Eat your spinach! Also eat lots of whole grains, which provide antioxidants that fight cancer and help you feel satisfied in a manner similar to that of eating veggies. But whole grains are even more filling, and help you digest your food. You want to eat plenty of fibrous foods, plus drinking lots of water, to flush toxins left over in your body from the dieting completely out of your system. Take a healthy multivitamin. Don’t go overboard and try to take everything, because some of the substances we need interact non-positively and can cause chemical imbalances. Consult with your doctor and see what’s recommended nowadays. One good wholistic multivitamin and mineral supplement–not a megadose of potentially harmful chemicals–can improve your skin, hair, overall appearance in general, and also your chances of managing on a little bit less food. Lastly–Remember This Please remain consistently aware of one thing: these are radical, life-changing choices that you’re making each day and night, and you’ve got to stick with them. Not everyone else in the world is going to live this way, but many people are and it’s a sensational start! Think that you really have no choice, if you want to go on living for many long years and be vibrant, strong and healthy. Realize that your loved ones truly need you, and that the right thing to do is to take the best possible care of yourself. Tell yourself that with honest compassion, every single waking moment of your entire life. Post-Indigos: The Crystal Kids

By Olena Gill Did you see Indigo, The Movie! in January? And if you are wondering what on earth the “bleep” I’m talking about this move introduced the world to the Indigo Children, who they are, why they are here, their special characteristics and how to assist them in making their way around this world at this time. And those of you who were just getting used to the idea of the Indigos the new kids, there is another group of new wave of kids that are also rapidly populating our planet. These are the followers of the Indigos and they are dubbed the Crystal Children, aptly named for their opalescent aura colors, energy patterns, and iridescent personalities. The majority of the Crystal children that are here now, have come in after the mid-90s, and some are now children of older Indigos. Just like Indigos, Crystal children (whom Ill refer to as Crystals) are here for a major purpose to follow the trailblazing path of the Indigos in order to come into a more safe and secure world. They are truly the peacemakers, the ones that are here to provide innovative solutions and perspectives but in a harmonious and loving manner. One example is the now well-known British chef Jamie Oliver (and an Indigo!), on his revolutionary mission to change the way people and schools think about feeding young children. Unlike Indigos though, Crystals carry very differing temperaments. Whereas Indigos are often seen having a warrior-like personality, being very intense in their emotions, and being fiercely determined in their behaviour, Crystals are the opposite. They are very even-tempered, and generally very easy going. While the occasional tantrum can occur, it usually passes swiftly and their gentle and forgiving nature rises to the forefront. Crystals exhibit very affectionate and loving behaviour, and almost all that I have known or come in contact with, love to cuddle and hug, even with people that they dont know. The second defining characteristic is the eyes. Crystals have huge wide-eyes that lock with yours when they look at you. They usually have an intense stare from day one, and the effect is like seeing into ones soul. Their eyes also reflect a deep, spiritual, and wise knowing with them. Like Indigos, Crystals have spiritual gifts and they too will often say profound things, still matter-of-fact, but in a much more gentle and calm manner. Some Crystals, although very loving and shower people that meet with healing doses of sunshine, tend to also delay their speech. These children basically take their sweet time to begin speaking, communicating with words or putting their attention on things and often can be misdiagnosed with Autism or even ADD/ADHD. The difference is that Crystal children actually consciously choose to speak when they are ready to do so, as well as snapping into focus of their own volition. Like Indigos, this is also the generation of very sensitive children. Crystals are highly intelligent, intuitive, greatly artisitic, creative, very expressive & entertaining, and possess sensitivities usually on all levels. Food, environment, noise, temperature, chemicals & artificial ingredients, emotions are all part of the sensitivity package. And they are also die-hard insomniacs which can be very challenging to many parents! And this just scratches the surface. Beauty, Style, And Magnetism Start With Self-Esteem

By Aislinn O’Connor Beauty, style, fashion, attractiveness, magnetism and sex appeal aren’t just skin-deep. They start with your self-image the way you see yourself. Do an Internet search, and you’ll find advice on clothes, style, skin-care, hair and lots of other ideas designed to help to make you irresistible. Many of them are excellent, and well worth using. That makes it easy to believe that’s all there is to being beautiful, but the truth is that whatever you put on the outside is just the icing on the cake. What really makes the difference, and puts the kind of spring in your step and sparkle in your eyes that gets you noticed, is what’s inside… that means, the way you feel about yourself. Even for a supermodel or a movie star, without the ability to project superb self-confidence, all the designer clothes and make-up in the world would be a total waste of time. Well, the great news is that all that poise and confidence, that radiance and inner sparkle, all the qualities that draw attention and admiration like a magnet, are available to everyone - including you. More than that, they’re actually your birthright, simply as a part of being human! The keys to expressing the radiant beauty you were born to show are very simple ones:- 1. Get rid, right here and now, of any idea you might have that you’re less attractive than other people. You can be as radiantly beautiful as anyone alive - and it all starts with believing that you can; 2. Practice deep relaxation for at least half an hour, once or twice a day. This gets rid of stress and boosts your energy and sparkle; 3. Get plenty of sleep. Partying’s great fun, but if you don’t recharge your batteries sufficiently it can take a powerful toll on how you look (and feel about yourself); 4. Have a healthy lifestyle. Cigarettes, or too much alcohol, junk food and illegal substances will ruin your looks as surely as they’ll wreck your health; 5. Take some exercise. Yoga or t’ai chi will tone your muscles, change your shape (you get to choose the changes that you want to make), and give you much more poise and gracefulness; 6. One thing the most attractive people have in common is the ability to make the person that they’re talking to feel like the most important person in the room. The way to do that is to focus on that person, not yourself. Make eye contact, and really listen to what they have to say. Their reaction will make you feel so good you’ll really sparkle; 7. Choose a style that works for you. You will always look and feel much better in a style that suits your personality than one that doesn’t, no matter which designer’s name is on the label; 8. Make good use of color. Again, what matters is what suits you, not what the High Street shops are trying to sell you; 9. Hold your head up high, and walk tall. It makes you feel a lot more poised and confident, and that will show. People who feel good about themselves and how they look don’t need to blend into the crowd and hide themselves away; and 10. Keep a definite picture in your mind of exactly what you want to look like, and the graceful poise and radiant, magnetic beauty that you want to show the world. If you hold that picture strongly enough, your inner mind will help you to achieve it, and hold on to it, as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Journaling Prompts for New Mothers

By Susie Cortright If theres one story my kids love to hear again and again, its the story of their birth. But they are interested in more than the birth statistics. They want to know how I felt. They want to know how much their new presence in the world meant to me. The most meaningful baby albums, scrapbooks, and journals go beyond the details of birth weight and time-of-day to capture the true emotion behind the birth. Here are some questions to help you remember the details whether it was yesterday or years ago. When responding to each of these journaling prompts, dont do so directly on the pages of your scrapbook. Write the answers in a journal or even a piece of scrap paper first, and make sure to keep your pen moving across the page. If you get stuck, write I remember and then write the first thing that comes to mind. Try not to think too hard about what you are writing. Just try to just keep that pen moving and dont cross out anything. Youll edit your journaling later and choose which details to include on your scrapbook pages. The most powerful words and emotions often arent the first to flow from your mind. Sit with these questions and journal your way to poignant memories and the most sentimental of scrapbooks. What do you remember about your surroundings at the time of the birth? What was the temperature like? The lighting? Detail the sights and sounds. What small, specific details can you recall that really bring the memories home? For me, it was the cherry Popsicle the nurse wanted me to eat and my husbands coffee, the smell of which made me so nauseous that my nurse made him take it a trashcan clear down the hallway. What was it for you? What about the process of childbirth did you find surprising? (I know, the answer is everything! but try to find some specifics). Youll notice that the more specific the memories you recall, the more poignant they will be to those who shared the experience with you. Describe the feeling when your baby was first placed in your arms. Think about the experience in terms of a snapshot. Imagine someone had taken a photo, just then. Describe the photo. What one or two details most stick in your mind about the experience? Who were your first visitors? What was your first meal after childbirth? What was it like to feed your baby for the first time? Make a mental snapshot of those first feedings. What are your memories of your spouse or partner? What feelings washed over you when you were together with the baby for the first time? Were there any feelings of fear? If so, why? What advice would you now have for mothers-to-be? Reflect on how you told distant family members about the babys birth. Recall how you felt upon seeing the other members of your family. In what special way did they each bond with the baby? What was the first song you sang to your baby? Tell the story of bringing the baby home from the hospital. What was the first thing you remember doing? Do you remember when you were first all alone with your new baby, in your home? Describe how you felt. What values do you most wish to pass on to your new baby? What dreams do you have for him or her? In what way are you proud of yourself as a new mother? How did the instance of becoming a mother change you? How did your worldview change upon becoming a mother? How did your relationship with your own mother change? Was there a shift in perspective? Using the above questions as a guide, try to open up and go beyond the surface of the moment. Writing about the birth experience will help you tap the true bliss of your babys birth. For many of us, this is the most life-changing moment that we will undergo. Make it last for generations. Susie Cortright is the founder of Momscape.com, where you can find free baby shower ideas. Fresh Flowers Inspires the Designs of The Most Exquisite Paper Flowers!

By Sarah H Fresh flowers are the reason one creates paper flowers simply because like they say art imitates life. Although there are many paper flowers that are not replicas of fresh flowers there are many that are. Fresh flowers inspire the designs of paper flowers because it makes a very good example of what a flower should look like. When making paper flowers whether it is a Rose or a Carnation or a Tulip, the real flower is usually used as a guide to the pattern design. The petals are dissected and a rough sketch is drawn using the petals as a guideline. Leaves are another aspect of some flowers that is also copied. With the amount of varieties of flowers in the world there are so many ideas you can come up with. Some times people take two flowers and combine them making one very unique paper flower. Paper flowers are much cheaper than real flowers and are also maintenance free and can last indefinitely, thats why many people replicate real flowers through paper flowers as theres nothing sadder than a wilting bouquet. Its very hard to throw away a bouquet from a loved one when it dies, with paper flowers you may never have to. Paper flowers can be made with many different kinds of paper creating different textures and unique colors not found in natural flowers that the creator may prefer. The scent of real flowers is one thing that cannot readily be duplicated although this allows for the creator to imbue the paper flowers with her or his own specially preferred scents, although paper flowers do not hold scents for very long. The art of making paper flowers is practiced a lot in Japan where origami is a great hobby. Origami can be quite elaborate and when based on real flowers can take a great deal of time to complete, but in the outcome you will have a treasure worth keeping for a long time. Paper flowers may be cheaper, last longer and require no maintenance however real flowers are irreplaceable, their true beauty coming from their ephemeral nature and as such we should never take these delicate blossoms for granted. Are Natural Remedies Really A Solution?

By Ty Johns In the world of medicine, there are newer and more powerful drugs being constantly discovered and promoted. In our quest for the scientific in medicine, have we forgotten our heritage of natural remedies? Time was when we relied mostly on our natural resources to heal us as well. But allopathy changes all that. As more and more huge pharmaceutical companies are being set up, we are growing further and further away from the simple remedies we once knew and practiced. However, what seems to be a ray of hope is the slow renewal of interest in the old world remedies. And were calling the cures of our forefather alternate medicine! Many years ago, there was no other medicine. What we see as alternate now was what was practiced. It was only after science and advances in allopathic medicine came in that this was relegated to the pages of history. Not anymore. The time has come for the old world medical knowledge to come out of the closet and make its presence felt. It is a fact that there are certain diseases and conditions that need to be treated with modern medicine to be effectively cured. But both streams can exist together quite comfortably and more and more all over the world are waking up to this fact. Why exactly is this happening? It could be that more people are aware of the side effects that usually accompany modern medicine. And the fact that traditional medicine and natural remedies are usually much less expensive helps. Of course, there are the skeptics who will not try anything natural and refuse to believe that it could be effective. But the numbers who are trying and sticking with it for a variety of ailments are growing. As that happens, the evidence that these medicines work also mounts. This in turn makes more people want to try. It might also have to do with how a lot of people view health today. It is seen as a state where you function at the optimum level, not as just an absence of disease. So the term wellness suddenly gets new shades of meaning. Those who are ill want to get better so they can live with a desirable level of fitness. And the fit want to get even fitter so they can live up to their best possible potential. So either way, well or unwell, it enables people to function the best they can. Natural remedies and health supplements help you do just that. So also what we eat and drink. Our diet pattern has a strong influence on the way we are. There are so many kinds of food and drink that cause havoc in the body when taken over a period of time. So replacing them with natural foods has a positive influence on the body. The 50s was when the trend towards the natural started in a small way. It was then when homeopathy, herbal remedies, vitamins, minerals and probiotics started becoming popular. The great thing about a lot of them is that they do not need to be prescribed in order for you to take them. So the choice really is up to you. You can choose to go natural or not. Your health is in your hands. Fly Fishing Heaven In Montana

By Richard Chapo You can find good spots for fly fishing in most states, but some are more epic than others. Allow me to introduce you to heaven on earth for anglers. Montana is an incredibly beautiful state. It is located on the Canadian border between Wyoming and the Dakotas. It is the fourth largest state with over 145,000 square miles. The central and eastern sections of the state are plains, while the west contains the northern Rocky Mountains. Major rivers include the Yellowstone, Madison, Missouri and Flathead. Montana also has the shortest river in the world, the Roe, which is 201 feet long. Just a bit of trivia for you to throw around on your trip! The Yellowstone is a tributary of the Missouri River. It is an excellent fly fishing river. The longest undimmed river in the continental United States, the Yellowstone drains the Rocky Mountains in the park of the same name. The river offers excellent trout fishing up and down practically every area. Cutthroat and brown trout are plentiful and active. Rainbows are less so, but still common. The Yellowstone is mostly a no-kill river, so dont plan on dinner. The Lamar, Soda Butte and Slough Creek tributaries are easily waded and not excessively challenging. Although it may get you in trouble with your mother, the Caddis Fly hatch on Mothers day is legendary. When it comes to fly fishing in the states, no river is more legendary than the Madison. For years, nearly every Montana trip started and stopped with a visit to the Madison. In the early 90s, however, the fish in the river were devastated by whirling disease. The disease was accidentally created in fish hatcheries in Europe and spread across the globe. The criminal element is a parasite that infects fish and causes neurological disease. The fish tend to swim in circles, thus giving the disease its name. Fortunately, the fish in the Madison have been on the rebound for the last five years or so. The last three years have seen a major rebound, which means the legendary Madison should be a high on your list. The Madison is a round rock bottom river and can be slippery. The current isnt excessive and you can wade most of it without problem. Browns, Cutthroats, Rainbows and Graylings are the prominent fish. The area below Holter Dam is highly recommended by many, but you need to be an accomplished caster to have a good time. Hatches start in April and run through the middle of September. The Salmon Fly hatch in late June is the best, but you really cant go wrong. As the weather starts to warm up, it is time to start thinking about breaking out the rods and thinking about potential trips. Montana should be at the top of your list.
